上颈椎前方手术入路研究新进展

上颈椎常见的疾患如：畸形、肿瘤、结核、外伤等需要外科手术治疗。目前后正中入路应用较为广泛,但某些源于前侧方的致压物,后正中入路路难以显露,因此前方入路越来越受到重视。本文通过追述上颈椎前方各种手术入路的提出、发展及各种改良技术的优缺点进行综述。

The Development of Anterior Approach in the Upper Cervical Vertebral

Some common diseases such as malformation,cancer,tuberculosis,and trauma of upper cervical vertebral need surgery.The method of posterior approach be widely used in clinical at the present,however,it is difficult to expose the posterior approach if the pathogenic material are located in the anterolateral spinal.Now we pay more attention to the method of anterior approach.The suggestion,development,advantages and disadvantages for the various improved technology of anterior approach in the upper cervical vertebral were summarized in this article.
