美宝胃肠胶囊治疗良性上消化道疾病临床研究

目的：观察美宝胃肠胶囊(GIC)治疗良性上消化道良性病变的近期疗效。方法：根据自愿原则,将40例良性上消化道疾病患者分为三组,治疗1组单纯口服美宝胃肠胶囊,治疗2组口服胃肠胶囊加“标准三联”治疗,对照组为“标准三联”疗法,观察各组治疗前后内镜下变化。结果：三组病人的病变以胃、十二指肠溃疡为主,占64．4%,三组之间无统计学差异,治疗1、2组的治愈率分别为78．9%和75．0%,对照组为70．0%,组间无统计学差异。结论：美宝胃肠胶囊治疗良性上消化道疾病内镜下的近期疗效,已达到“标准三联”疗法的水平。

Clinical research on MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule for treating benign upper digestive tract disease

Objective： To observe short- term efficacy of MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule in treating benign upper digestive tract disease. Method： 40 patients with benign upper digestive tract disease were divided into 3 groups according to their own will. Patients in the 1^st treatment group were treated orally with MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule alone, patients in the 2^nd treatment group were treated orally with MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule plus ＂standard 3 combination＂ therapy and patients in control group were treated with ＂standard 3 combination＂ therapy alone. Gastroscopic examination was done before and after treatment, to observe the changes in the lesion area. Result： Most of the patients in the 3 groups had stomach and duodenal ulcers, accounted for 64. 4%. The curative rate in the 1^st treatment group was 78.9%, in the 2^nd treatment group was 75.0% and in the control group 70. 0%. The difference among the 3 groups had no statistical significance. Condusion： The short - term efficacy of MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule in treating benign upper digestive tract lesion examined by endoscope is up to the level of the ＂standard 3 combination＂ therapy.
