| Abstract: | Mental health problems of political counselors in the medical college are related to the various work in college and they are involved in improvement of the students' ideological education. This paper analyzes the mental factors of the counselors that can impact on them. Thus, it concludes that counselors must try their best to improve the view of value,quality and adapts to the occupational environment. |
