| 摘 要： | [目的]通过研究和改进尿锰测定过程中的条件,为尿锰的测定提供一种比较简便易行且结果稳定的方法。[方法]石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法。[结果]用此法检测尿锰,稳定性好,重现性好,工作曲线为Y=0.064 64X＋0.032 1,相对标准偏差为0.65%-1.14%,检出限为0.17μg/L,回收率为87.8%-110.0%。[结论]本法操作简便,为尿锰测定的理想方法,精密度高,适用于大批量样品分析检测。
