大学生性与生殖健康知识调查

目的了解和掌握高等学校学生对性与生殖健康知识的认知程度和开展生殖健康教育的需求情况，并提出相应的建议。方法随机抽取广东工业大学1753名学生对其进行性与生殖健康知识问卷调查，并对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果88．02％的大学生了解一般的性与生殖健康知识，但对许多问题的知晓率低，如不知道避孕套的正确使用方法者占88．02％，知道如何选择安全的避孕方法和发生意外怀孕该如何处理的比例较低，分别为34．91％和34．11％；66．00％的学生通过非正规渠道获取性知识，96．01％的学生认为学校有开展性与生殖健康教育的必要性。结论大学生对性与生殖健康知识掌握不全或存在认识误区，但绝大多数大学生迫切希望通过正规渠道获取性知识，学校应成为性与生殖健康教育的主渠道。

A Survey on College Students About Sex and Procreation Health Knowledge

Objective To find out acquaintanceship of college students about sex and procreation health knowledge, and to raise correspondent suggestions in accordance with the needs for sex and procreation education in universities. Method To make a survey with questionnaires among 1 753 students at randam in Guangdong University of Technolo gy, then a statistic analysis was carried out on the findings. Results 88.02% of the college students generally know something about sex and procreation health. However, the witting ratios for many questions are rather low. For exam- ple, 88.02% of the students don＇t know how to use condoms correctly, only 34. 91% of the students know ways for safe contraception and only 34.11% of the students know how to deal with unexpected pregnancy. 66.00% of the students got sex knowledge through irregular channels, and 96.01% of students think that it＇s necessary for us to put sex and procreation education into practice in universities. Conclusion College students do not have complete and correct knowledge about sex and procreation health, while most of them eagerly hope to get sex related knowledge through normal channels. Universities should be a main channel for sex and procreation education.
