| 摘 要： | 目的：观察非手术中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石的临床效果，预防结石形成。方法：八正散和二金汤加减，配合西药654—2，消炎痛，黄体酮等治疗。结果：共187例，治愈140例，好转21例．无效26例，总有效率86％。结论：非手术中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石无不良反应疗效确切，可推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effect of no operation treatment urological system stone with integrated traditional and western medicine . Methods: Ba Zheng San and Er Jin Tang addition or subtraction combine with Anisodmine , Indomethacin progesterone to treat .Results:with 187 patients accepting the treatment ,140 patients were cured , 21 patients were improved and 26 patients ameliorated, The total effective rate was 86%. Conclusion: No operation treatment urological system stone with integrated traditional and western medicine , no local or general side effects were founded , easy operated , good results worth to be generalized. |
