| 摘 要： | 脑卒中是一个非常严重的健康和社会问题。急救医疗服务在脑卒中的生存链中占有十分重要的地位。正确认识和掌握脑卒中急救医疗服务的过程,缩小具体实践和临床指南之间的差距,将对脑卒中患者的预后产生直接的影响。科学的脑卒中急救医疗服务,有利于脑卒中患者的及时治疗及良好的预后。

| Abstract: | Stroke is a serious healthy and social problem. Emergency medical services（EMS） play an important role in the stroke survival chain. Understanding and grasping the process of the EMS correctly, and reducing disparity between the concrete practice and the clinical guide, which directly influence the prognosis of stroke patient. The scientific stroke EMS is helpful to treat stroke patients timely and get good prognosis. |
