| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药内服结合中药离子导入治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法将120例符合膝骨关节炎诊断标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用中药内服＋中药离子导人，对照组单独服用中药内服，两周为1个疗程，连续治疗3个疗程，评价治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。结果中药内服联合中药离子导入在疗效上显著优于对照组。结论中药内服配合中药离子导人能明显缓解膝骨关节炎的疼痛症状，改善膝关节活动功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical effect. Methods All of 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group used traditional decoction plus tra- ditional ~Chinese medicine iontophoresis, controls individually taking Chinese medicine, two weeks as a course of continuous, 3 courses of treatment, evaluation of treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy. Results Traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis on curative effect was better than the con- trol group. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis can star to alleviate pain of knee osteoarthritis symptoms, improvement of knee joint function. |
