| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中医整体护理技术对中风后遗症患者的护理效果。方法分析我院收治的84例中风后遗症患者，按护理方法不同分为观察组43例及对照组41例，对照组采取常规治疗护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上给用中医整体护理技术。结果观察组与对照组临床有效率分别为88．4％和48．8％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论综合运用中医整体护理技术对中风后遗症患者的护理效果确切，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing effect of the holistic nursing care following TCM theory to the patients with apoplexy sequelae. Methods A total of 84 cases of apoplexy sequelae patients from our hospital were analyzed. 84 cases were divided into observation group （43 cases） which used routine nursing and the holistic nursing care fol- lowing TCM theory, and control group（41 cases） which used routine nursing. Results The clinical efficacy rates of two groups were 88.4% and 48.8%.There was difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing care of applying the holistic nursing care following TCM theory is effective in treating apoplexy sequelae,which is worth to populate and apply. |
