皮疹清颗粒制备工艺研究

摘    要:通过皮疹清颗粒的制备工艺研究,确定其最佳工艺条件。方法:针对皮疹清颗粒特性,采用正交试验设计法,以黄芩甙含量为指标,拟定黄芩的提取工艺;通过挥发油的提取与包结试验,筛选野试验,筛选野菊花,当归等药的最佳工艺;以芍药甙为指标,确定赤芍等药的最佳醇沉工艺。结果确立了黄芩甙粗提工艺,野菊花等药的挥发油的包结工艺和赤芍等药的醇沉条件。结论该制备工艺科学合理,质量稳定,为皮疹清颗粒的最佳工艺。

Abstract:Objective:To establish the best extraction processes for Pizhenqing Granules throngh preparation procedure stydy. Methods: According to the specific property of Pizhenqing Granules, the extraction Process for Radix Scutellariae was drawn with the orthogonal design and in baicalin content as a marker. According to the volatile oil extraction and inclusion test, the best extraction processes for chrysanthemum, Angelica, Paeoniae Rubra were screened. According to the content determination of paeoriflorin the best alcohol precipitation technology for Paeoniae Rubra was established. Results: The extraction process for baicalin, inclision process for Chrysanthemum, etc. and alcohol precipitation conditions for Paeoniae Rubra have been established. Conclusion: The preparation procedure is scientific and reasonable, with stable quality and the best procedure for Pizhenqing Granules.
