p16和CyclinD1在大肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义

目的研究p16和Cyclin D1在大肠癌组织中表达情况及它们之间的相互关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法（SP）观察71例大肠癌组织和距病灶10cm以外正常组织中p16和Cy-clinD1的表达情况并进行对比分析和相关性研究。结果1）大肠癌组织和距病灶10cm以外正常组织中p16的表达阳性率分别为36.6%（26/71）、93.0%（66/71）两者差异有统计学意义,P=0.000。Cy-clinD1的表达阳性率分别为80.3%（57/71）、29.6%（21/71）两者差异有统计学意义,P=0.000。2）p16在大肠癌组织中表达组与组织学类型有关,P=0.008,与淋巴结转移有关,P=0.021;CyclinD1在大肠癌组织中表达组与组织学类型有关,P=0.006,与淋巴结转移有关,P=0.019。3）p16与CyclinD1表达呈负相关（rs=-0.307,P=0.009）。结论p16和CyclinD1在大肠癌的发生、发展和转移过程中起着重要作用,与大肠癌的预后有关。

The expressions and clinical significances of p16, CyclinD1 in colorectal carcinoma

Objective To investigate the association of the expressions of p16.CyelinD1 in eolorectal carcinoma. Methods The expression of p16,CyclinD1 in colorectal carcinoma and normal colorectal tissue were examined by immunohistochemical. Results （1）In normal eolorectal tissue, the expressions of p16 was 93. 0%（66/71）, in colorectal carcinoma was 36. 6%（26/71）, significant differences were showed among these expressions P =0. 000;In normal eolorectal tissue, the expressions of CyclinD1 is 29.6% （21/71）, in colorectal carcinoma was 80.3% （57/71）, significant differences were showed among these expressions P = 0. 000; 2） p16. CyelinD1 positiveexpression correlated significantly colorectal carcinomas histological type P =0. 008, P =0. 006 and lymph node metastasis P =0. 021, P =0. 019; （3） there were negative correlation between p16 and CyelinD1 （rs = -0. 307, p = 0. 09）. Conclusions p16 and CyclinD1 play an important role in the inception, the development and the metastasis of colorectal carcinoma, and have close relationship with its prognosis.
