摘    要:目的:本实验旨在观察并探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子对缺血皮瓣血循环重建和皮瓣存活面积比的影响。方法:以大鼠为研究动物,将其分为VEGF组和对照组,并在其背部制作典型缺血皮瓣,术后7天观察皮瓣存活面积,计算存活面积比、单位面积微血管计数、光镜观察组织愈合情况、透射电镜观察成纤维细胞结构和功能。结果:两个组中VEGF组的皮瓣存活面积比较对照组明显增高。单位面积微血管计数显示VEGF组较对照组多,且有显著性差异。电镜观察结果显示VEGF组成纤维细胞形态和功能较对照组好。结论:VEGF能促进缺血皮瓣的血运重建,从而加强组织修复,促进缺血皮瓣存活。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) on microcirculation reconstruction and flap viability on ischemic skin pedicle flaps. Methods:~24 Wistar rats were used as animal model and divided into two groups with 12 rats in each group: VEGF group and blank group. An ischemic skin flap measuring 7cm X 1cm was established on the back of each rat with pedicle at the tail side, 0. 2ug VEGF in 2ml of NS and NS2mI were locally injected into pedical bases of flaps respectively. The viable rate of the skin flaps and dermovascular density of each flap were investigated by histological and histo - morphometrical examinations. Electron microscopy study was used to observe the structures and functions of fibroblast. Results : There was sig nificant difference in the viable rate between VEGF group and blank group on the seventh postoperation day. Be sides, derrnovascular densities were markedly increased in VEGF group in comparison with the blank group. Conclusion : VEGF can accelerate the vascularization of the ischemic skin flap and enhance the viable rate of the flap.
