神经营养因子前体研究进展

摘    要:神经营养因子以其前体形式合成,在各种蛋白酶的作用下裂解为成熟蛋白。成熟的神经营养因子通过作用于Trk酪氨酸激酶受体促进神经细胞的存活和分化。最近研究表明,神经营养因子前体具有与神经营养因子相互拮抗的生物学活性,其通过作用于p75NTR受体诱导细胞凋亡。对于神经营养因子功能的新的认识,有助于更加深刻的理解其在各种细胞过程中的作用。

Abstract:Neurotrophins are initially synthesized as precursors,then cleaved into mature proteins,which promote neuronal survival by activating Trk receptor tyrosine kinases.Recent studies indicate that the precursor of neurotrophins has biological effects agaist their mature neurotrophins by interacting with the p75 neurotrophin receptor(p75NTR).Therefore,the proteolytic cleavage of the precursor of neurotrophins represents a mechanism that controls the direction of action of neurotrophins.New insights into the dual...
