小儿肺炎证治规律浅析

目的:初步探讨小儿肺炎的中医辨证论治规律。方法:采用中医辨证施治加头孢拉啶静脉滴注治疗60例肺炎患儿,疗程为10天。结果:临床痊愈率为86.67%。用药前、用药2天、4天、6天、8天、10天后风寒袭肺证的病例数分别为4、3、2、1、0、0;风热犯肺证分别为40、36、28、18、8、4;痰热闭肺证分别为12、14、13、8、4、1;肺脾气虚证分别为2、4、12、23、20、12;阴虚肺热证分别为2、3、5、10、6、3。结论:小儿肺炎初期以风热犯肺证多见,治疗以清热宣肺、止咳平喘为主;后期以肺脾气虚证多见,治疗以健脾补肺、益气固表为主。

Analyzing the Rule of Children's Pneumonia Treated on Differentiating Diagnosis

Objective: To investigate the rule of children's pneumonia treated on differentiating TCM diagnosis.Method: 60 cases of pneumonia were treated on differentiating diagnosis plus Cefradine.The course was 10 days.Results:The clinical cure rate is 86.67%.Before the treatment and after 2,4,6,8,10 days of the treatment period,the cases of the syndrome of wind-cold attacking lung were 4,3,2,1,0,0;The cases of the syndrome of wind-heat attacking lung were 40,36,28,18,8,4;The cases of the syndrome of phlegm heat obstructing the lung were12,14,13,8,4,1;The cases of the syndrome of qi deficiency in the lung-spleen were 2,4,12,23,20,12;The cases of the syndrome of yin deficiency and lung heat were 2,3,5,10,6,3.Conclusions: At the forepart of Children's Pneumonia,the syndrome of wind-heat attacking lung was the major TCM syndrome and the primary treatment was clearing away heat and dispersing lung,relieving cough and asthma.At the anaphase,the syndrome of qi deficiency in the lung-spleen the major TCM syndrome and the primary treatment was strengthening spleen and benefiting lung,boosting qi and securing exterior.
