摘    要:目的了解厦门市某三级甲等综合医院护士长工作现状,提出改善对策,以全面提高管理水平。方法选取厦门市某三级甲等综合医院的52名护士长为调查对象,对其工作现状、难点进行调查分析。结果护士长工作投入中护理质量管理与改进、完成各项临时指令性任务、制定科室月工作计划分列前3位;护士长认为管理难点集中于护理质量管理与改进、科研项目的实施、完成各项临时指令性任务、护士再教育(日常指导、培训和考核)、监督指导保洁运送工人工作。结论护士长应加强学习意识,不断提高自身职业素养;同时从医院层面,后勤保障系统应提供更便捷、有力的行政支持,完善护士长选拔和培训机制,加强护士长心理素质建设,医院、科室两级共同摸索合理的护士规范化培训方式,采取综合措施降低护士长工作压力。

Abstract:Objective To understand the current situation of head nurses in a grade-three class-A general hospital and put forward improvement measures to improve the management level. Methods Fifty-two head nurses of a grade-three class-A general hospital were investigated the working situation and difficulties in their work. Results The most important duty of the head nurses was the management and improvement of nursing quality, followed by the implementing various temporary mandatory tasks and making up the monthly work plan. The difficulties in their work lied in the management and the improvement of nursing quality, implementation of scientific research projects, completion of various temporary mandatory tasks, nurses' reeducation (daily guidance, training and the appraisal), as well as the supervision and instruction of cleaning and transportation workers. Conclusion Head nurses should strengthen their learning consciousness and improve their professional accomplishment constantly. Meanwhile, from the hospital level, more convenient and powerful administrative support should be provided, and the training and selection of head nurses be improved and the the psychological quality of head nurses be strengthened. Moreover, appropriate and standardized training of nurses should be found to lower the working pressure of head nurses.
