水胶体敷料配合红豆热敷预防PICC置管致机械性静脉炎的效果

目的 评价水胶体敷料配合红豆热敷袋预防PICC置管致机械性静脉炎的临床效果。 方法 选取2016年12月-2019年5月在我院行PICC置管的患者180例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各90例,对照组采取水胶体敷料进行干预,观察组采取水胶体敷料配合红豆热敷袋进行干预,比较2组患者PICC所致机械性静脉炎的发生情况。 结果 观察组机械性静脉炎的程度明显轻于对照组(Z=-3.115,P=0.002)。 结论 水胶体敷料配合红豆热敷袋对预防机械性静脉炎有较好的效果,值得临床护理借鉴应用。

Effects of preventing mechanical phlebitis caused by PICC using the hydrocolloids dressing with ormosia foment bag

Objective To evaluate the effect of applying the hydrocolloid with the ormosia foment bag for the prevention of mechanical phlebitis caused by peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC). Methods Ninety patients treated with PICC in our hospital between December 2016 and May 2019 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to a random number table. The control group was treated with hydrocolloid dressings, while the observation group was given hydrocolloid dressing combined with the ormosia foment bag. For both groups, the incidence of the mechanical phlebitiswas observed. Results The severity of the mechanical phlebitis of the observation group was significantly milder than that of the control grou (Z=-3.115, P=0.002). Conclusion The hydrocolloid dressing combined with the ormosia foment bag has good effect in preventing mechanical phlebitis caused by PICC and is worthy of application in the clinical nursing.
