护理风险管理在肿瘤专科医院神经外科中的应用效果

目的 探讨护理风险管理在肿瘤专科医院神经外科中的应用效果。 方法 选取实施护理风险管理前(2014年1月-2015年12月)的674例颅内肿瘤患者为对照组,选取实施后(2016年1月-2017年12月)的702例颅内肿瘤患者为观察组,对照组采用常规病区管理,观察组实施多种措施的护理风险管理。比较2组护理安全不良事件发生率、患者满意度以及实施前后护理人员风险防控理论知识与应急预案操作考核成绩。 结果 观察组护理安全不良事件发生率低于对照组(χ²=4.100,P=0.043),患者对护理工作的满意情况好于对照组(Z=-4.779,P＜0.001 );实施后护理人员风险防控理论知识与应急预案操作考核成绩均高于实施前(t=-7.385,P＜0.001;t=-6.895,P＜0.001)。 结论 根据肿瘤专科医院神经外科患者特点,实施护理风险管理,可有效降低护理安全不良事件发生率,提高护理人员风险管控能力,提高患者满意度,值得在临床中推广。

Effects of applying nursing risk management in the neurosurgery department of an oncology hospital

Objective To investigate the application effect of nursing risk management in the neurosurgery department of an oncology hospital. Methods Totally 674 inpatients treated in 2014 and 2015 were selected into the control group, 702 treated in 2016 and 2017 were chosen into the observational group. The control group was given routine ward management, while the observational group was provided with nursing risk management. The incidence of nursing adverse events, the satisfaction of patients, as well as the risk prevention theoretical knowledge and emergency operational skills were compared between the two groups. Results After the implementation of nursing risk management, the incidence of nursing adverse events of the observational group was significantly lower than that of the control group(χ²=4.100,P=0.043), the patients' satisfaction was significantly better than the latter (Z=-4.779,P＜0.001 ). After implementation,the scores of theoretical knowledge and skills of nurses were higher than before(t=-7.385,P＜0.001 ;t=-6.895,P＜0.001). Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events, as well as improve the risk management of nursing staff and the satisfaction of patients. Therefore, it is worthy of popularization in the clinical practice.
