中医定向透药在慢性肾脏病患者中的应用效果

目的 探讨中医定向透药在慢性肾脏病患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年7月-2019年5月在我院住院的慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)患者100例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规治疗护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用中医定向透药进行干预。比较2组治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗效果好于对照组(Z=-2.383,P=0.017)。结论 中医定向透药对慢性肾脏病有较好的治疗作用,应于临床推广。

Effects of traditional Chinese medicine directional permeation therapy for patients with chronic kidney disease

Objective To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) directional permeation therapy for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD).Methods A total of 100 CKD patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each of 50.Both groups were given routine treatment and nursing,while the observation group was additionally provided with TCM directional permeation therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(Z=-2.383,P=0.017).Conclusion The TCM directional permeation therapy is of good therapeutic effect for patients with the chronic kidney disease and is worth popularization in the clinical practice.
