医疗护理员培训机构评价指标体系的初步构建

摘    要:目的 构建医疗护理员(以下简称护理员)培训机构评价指标体系,为护理员培训机构评价提供可量化的依据。方法 选取从事护理管理、临床护理及护理教育的专家共15名参与函询,确定各级评价指标,运用层次分析法确定各指标的权重值。结果 2轮专家函询的问卷有效回收率分别为88.2%、93.8%,专家权威系数Cr分别为0.756、0.806,Kendall′s ω分别为0.426、0.538,最终确定了84个指标,其中包括一级指标4个,二级指标16个,三级指标64个。结论 医疗护理员培训机构评价指标体系的专家意见集中,结果科学、可靠,其中教学管理是评价指标中的核心指标。

Abstract:Objective To construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for the training institution of nursing assistants, so as to provide a quantifiable basis for such evaluation. Methods Fifteen experts in nursing management, clinical nursing and nursing education were selected and investigated by letters to determine the evaluation indexes at all levels, and the weight value of each index was determined using the analytic hierarchy process. Results The effective recovery rate of the 2-round expert consultations was 88.2% and 93.8% respectively, with the expert authority coefficient Cr 0.756 and 0.806, and the Kendall's ω 0.426 and 0.538. Totally 84 indicators were finally determined, including 4 primary indicators, 16 secondary indicators and 64 tertiary indicators. Conclusion The expert opinions on the evaluation index system of the training institution for nursing assistants are concentrated, and the results are scientific and reliable, with teaching management as the core index in the evaluation system.
