飞经走气与飞金走气探析

复式手法是小儿推拿特有的手法之一,因其临床疗效显著,动作形态舒适优美,一直为临床医家沿用至今。但因古文献中对小儿推拿复式手法操作记载不够详细,配图不明确,且同一手法存在不同古籍记录的名称、操作略有差异或截然不同等现象,为现代小儿推拿从业者带来了很多困扰,其中最具有代表性的就是飞经走气与飞金走气,二者仅一字之差但在临床应用中极易被混淆。笔者从古文献梳理及当前临床主要操作方法两方面入手,对飞经走气与飞金走气进行详细、全面介绍,以期更好地指导临床。

Analysis of Feijing Zouqi and Feijin Zouqi

The double-handed technique is one of the special techniques for Pediatric Tuina.Its operation has a beautiful shape and good clinical effect,and it has been used by clinical doctors.However,due to the lack of detailed description in the ancient literature,the mapping is not clear enough,and the same method in different ancient records,with the operation slightly different or completely different,which brings a lot of trouble for modern Pediatric Tuina practitioners.The most representative of which is Feijing Zouqi and Feijin Zouqi.The difference between the two is only one word,which is easily confused in clinical applications.The author starts with the ancient literature combing and the current main clinical operations,and gives a detailed and comprehensive introduction to Feijing zouqi and Feijin zouqi,in order to better guide the clinic.
