卵巢储备功能减退的中医病因病机分析及辨治概要

卵巢储备功能减退(DOR)是一种高度异质性疾病,该病引起的卵巢储备功能低下会引起女性生育能力的下降。本文在从中医理论出发探讨DOR的病因病机,认为本病系外感六淫、七情内伤、生活失度及禀赋不足等原因引起的脏腑、经络、气血功能失调,以致月经失信,胎孕难成。本病总属本虚标实,以脏腑机能虚损为本,气血津液疏布代谢异常为标。傅氏益经汤以心、肝、脾、肾四经同治,补肾的同时注重防护心肝脾气,体现了中医学治疗DOR的基本辨证思路,对现代医家临床辨治DOR具有重要的指导意义。

Review of Etiology and Pathogenesis of Diminished Ovarian Reserve in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Diminished Ovarian Reserve(DOR)is a highly heterogeneous disease,which causes the decline of ovarian function and leads to the decrease of female fertility.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the etiology and pathogenesis of DOR from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory.It is belived that DOR is caused by six exogenous,seven emotional factors,disturbance of life and lack of endowment,which caused the dysfunction of organs,meridians,Qi and Blood resulting in menstrual disorders and infertility.The disease is characterized by deficiency of viscera,abnormal distribution of Qi,blood,body fluid and abnormal metabolism.Four organs of heart,liver,spleen and kidney were treated together by Fu's Yijing decoction,which not only nourished the kidney but also protected the heart,liver and spleen.It embodies the basic syndrome differentiated thinking of TCM s treatment about DOR,and provides an important guiding significance for modern physicians in clinical treatment of DOR.
