基于胜任力的儿科护理硕士专业学位研究生临床指导教师评价体系构建研究

摘    要:目的初步构建基于胜任力的儿科护理硕士专业学位研究生临床指导教师评价指标,为任用、培训和考核该类临床师资提供客观、科学参考。方法以胜任力模型为基础,通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈和专家函询,采用德尔菲专家咨询法构建儿科护理硕士专业学位研究生临床指导教师胜任力评价指标体系,并完成指标权重设置。结果通过2轮专家函询,最终形成一级指标5项,二级指标19个;专家群体权威系数为0.851;专家协调系数为0.429~0.672。结论本研究构建的评价指标契合儿科护理专业学位研究生临床指导教师的工作特点和要求,符合岗位胜任和专业发展,具科学性和实用性;同时强调教学相长,为儿科专业学位研究生临床指导教师的管理和培养提供客观参考。

Abstract:Objective To develop the competency assessment indicator system for clinical teachers of pediatrics nursing master candidates, so as to provide Objective and scientific references for the training, appointment and assessment of such teachers. Methods Based on the competency model, the indicators were selected and their weights were decided after the literature review, semi-structured interview, expert inquiry and Delphi expert consultation. Results After two rounds of expert letter consultations, the final assessment indicator system was established and was composed of 5 first-level indicators and 19 second-level ones. The authoritative coefficient was 0.851 and the coordination coefficient was 0.429~0.672 respectively. Conclusion The system established is scientific and reliable, and can be used in the management and assessment of postgraduate clinical instructors.
