不同炮制品山绿茶药材降血压药效实验研究

摘    要:目的对广西特产药材山绿茶Ilex hainanensis Merr.进行中药炮制实验研究,并对其进行降血压实验研究。方法使用不同炮制方法对山绿茶进行炮制;采用尾动脉法测原发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血压,对不同炮制品山绿茶进行降血压实验研究。结果通过不同炮制方法、不同烘烤程度药材炮制,共得到11种炮制药材;与模型组比较,不同炮制品、不同炮制工艺山绿茶均有明显的降血压效果。不同方法炮制山绿茶药材,以传统炮制品降压作用最佳,不同烘烤炮制品,以200℃烘烤30 min组降压作用最佳。结论初步确定山绿茶最佳炮制方法为传统炮制法,此方法炮制出的山绿茶药材对SHR血压的作用效果最好。

Abstract:Objective To study the preparation and hypotensive effect of Chinese herbal medicine Ilex hainanensis Merr. Methods Different processing methods were used to prepare Ilex hainanensis Merr. The tail artery method was used to measure the blood pressure of primary hypertensive rats(SHR), and different processed varieties of Ilex hainanensis Merr. were used to reduce blood pressure. Results Eleven kinds of processed herbs were obtained by different processing methods and different baking degrees. Compared with the model group, different processed herbal medicines and different processing technology had obvious antihypertensive effect. The traditional processed Ilex hainanensis Merr. had the best antihypertensive effect and the group baked at 200 ℃ for 30 minutes had the best antihypertensive effect. Conclusion The best processing method of Ilex hainanensis Merr. is traditional processing method, and the effect of Ilex hainanensis Merr. on SHR blood pressure is the best.
