基于授权理论的家庭访视对老年高血压患者服药依从性的影响

目的 探讨基于授权理论的家庭访视对老年高血压患者服药依从性的影响。 方法选取2016年10月-2017年10月的80例老年高血压患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规家庭访视,观察组给予基于授权理论的家庭访视,连续干预4个月。比较2组自我效能、服药依从性及血压控制情况。 结果 干预后,观察组自我效能评分高于对照组(t=3.588,P=0.017);服药依从性显著优于对照组(t=5.249,P＜0.001);收缩压及舒张压均显著低于对照组(t=4.741,P<0.001; t=4.128,P=0.007)。 结论 实施基于授权理论的家庭访视,有利于提高老年高血压患者自我效能及服药依从性,并改善其血压控制情况。

Effects of home visiting based on empowerment theory on medication compliance of elderly hypertensive patients

Objective To evaluate the effect of home visiting based on empowerment theory on medication compliance of elderly hypertensive patients.Methods Totally 80 elderly hypertensive patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each of 40.Both groups were given routine home visiting,while the observation group was additionally provided with home visiting based on empowerment theory,lasting 4 months.The self-efficacy,medication compliance and blood pressure control were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of self-efficacy and medication compliance of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(t=3.588,P=0.017;t=5.249,P<0.001),while the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the former was significantly lower than the latter(t=4.741,P<0.001;t=4.128,P=0.007).Conclusion Home visiting based on the empowerment theory,can enhance self-efficacy and medication compliance of elderly hypertensive patients,and improve their blood pressure control.
