| 摘 要： | "证候"是中医药理论的核心问题,中医证候疗效评价方法学问题是制约中医学广泛应用与国际化的关键科学问题。患者的主诉症状对于中医证候疗效评价至关重要。课题组前期研制的MYMOP汉化版量表虽然在疾病疗效评价中凸显了优势及效能,但在证候疗效评价中仍存在不足。基于MYMOP以患者主诉症状为主体的研究模式,结合中医理论,拓展MYMOP汉化版量表的中医证候内容,形成以患者主诉症状为主体的病证结合疗效评价量表,构建以患者主诉症状为主体的中医证候疗效评价方法体系,以使中医药疗效评价更加全面客观、真实可信。

| Abstract: | Syndromeis the core issue of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and the methodology of evaluating the curative effect of TCM syndrome is the key scientific problem that restricts the application and internationalization of TCM.In the former studies,we adapted the MeasureYourself Medical Outcome Profile(MYMOP)into Chinese version(CMYMOP),which hasalready been verified suitable for disease efficacy evaluation.However,it wasstill deficient in syndrome evaluation.Based on CMYMOP,combined with TCM,to develop TCM-MYMOP andprovide a patient-centered method for TCM syndrome evaluating may make the evaluation of the curative effect of TCM more comprehensive and objective,truthful and credible. |
