摘    要:目的 探讨新入职护士心理承受力与职业获益感的相关性,为提高新入职护士心理承受力,增进新护士职业获益感提供参考。 方法 采用一般情况调查表、心理承受力量表和职业获益感量表等问卷对120名临床护士进行调查。 结果 新入职护士心理承受力和职业获益感均处于中等水平;男护士心理承受力得分高于女护士(t=2.802,P=0.006);心理承受力量表总分及其问题解决、乐观自信、意志力维度,与职业获益感总分及其正向职业感知、亲友认同、团队归属感维度呈正相关(P<0.05)。 结论 护理管理者应着重培养护士心理承受力,提高新入职护士的职业获益感,稳定新入职护士的队伍,降低离职率。

Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between the psychological endurance and perceived professional benefits of new nurses, so as to provide references for improving their mental endurance and perceived professional benefits. Methods Totally 120 clinical nurses were investigated using a general questionnaire, a psychological endurance scale and a perceived professional benefit scale. Results The psychological endurance and the occupational benefits of new nurses were both at medium level. The psychological endurance of the male nurses was significantly higher than that of the female (t=2.802, P=0.006). The total score of the psychological endurance scale, as well as the score of solving problems, being confident, and being perseverant, were positively correlated with the total score of the perceived professional benefit, as well as the score of positive professional perception, identification of relatives and belonging to the team(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing managers should focus on training nurses' psychological endurance, improve new nurses' sense of professional benefit, and reduce the turnover rate of new nurses.
