| 摘 要： | 根据长期对睡眠中药的基础及临床研究,本文探讨发现促进睡眠药物的可能途径,一是从植物的生态特征(包括生长特性、生物节律、光合作用、古代文献记述);二是从化学成分中发现(生物碱、皂苷、挥发油、多糖、酚类物质、醛类物质);三是从已知其他药物中发现(如镇痛药);四是从中药特性中发现;五是从临床实践中发现;六是从动物和人类生活行为中发现,由此提出研究睡眠药物的独到见解,对从中药中发现新的睡眠药物起到提示作用。

| Abstract: | Based on the long-term basic and clinical practice study on sleep medicine,this paper is going to discuss the possible ways to explore and discover sleep medicines.Including Discovering from ecological characteristics of plants(Including growth characteristics,biological rhythms,photosynthesis,ancient literature.)Discovering from the chemical composition of drugs(Alkaloids,saponins,volatile oils,polysaccharides,phenolic substances,aldehydes.)Discovering from other known drugs(such as analgesics).Discovering from the characteristics of traditional Chinese Medicine.Discovering from clinical practice;Discovering from animal and human behavior.Therefore,this paper puts forward some original ideas for the study of sleep medicine,which may be useful in the discovery of new sleep medicines from traditional Chinese medicine. |
