原发性皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤的Toll样受体2的免疫组化研究

目的原发性皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤(CTCL)的Toll样受体(TLR)2的免疫组化研表达情况及其与临床特征的相关性。方法收集我院(延安市中医医院)2014年1月-2018年1月病理诊断为"淋巴瘤",且经上级医院会诊确诊为原发性CTCL患者5例,并收集西安交通大学第一附属医院2014年1月-2018年1月收治的65例原发性CTCL患者,共70例(病例组),同期选择30例正常皮肤组织患者为对照组,采用免疫组化方法检测TLR2表达情况,调查患者的临床病理特征。结果显微镜下可见TLR2定位于细胞膜、细胞浆中,且呈现棕黄色或棕褐色,同时染色显著较背景高。在对照组中,TLR2无表达,表达阳性率为0%。在病例组中,TLR2总表达阳性率为35.71%,二者差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.58,P<0.05)。TLR2表达阳性率在病例组患者分期Ⅲ期组显著高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期组(早中期)(χ^2=4.49,P<0.05)。结论原发性CTCL的TLR2免疫组化能够有效反应患者临床分期特征,呈现高表达状况,可能扮演着促癌基因的角色。

Immunohistochemical Study of Toll-like Receptor 2 in Primary Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma

Objective In order to discuss the immunohistochemical expression of Toll-like receptor 2(TLR2)in primary cutaneous T-cell lymphoma(CTCL)and its correlation with clinical features.Methods From January 2014 to January2018,five cases of primary CTCL patients were enrolled in Yan’an hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were diagnosed in the superior hospital.At the same time,65 cases of primary CTCL patients were enrolled in the first affiliated hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong university,a total of 70 cases were taken as case group.Thirty patients with normal skin tissue were selected as the control group,and TLR2 expression was detected by immunohistochemistry to investigate the clinical and pathological features of the patients.Results Under the microscope,TLR2 were observed in the cell membrane and cytoplasm,and it were brownish-yellow or tan,and the staining were significantly higher than that of the background.In the control group,TLR2 were not expressed,and the positive rate of expression were 0%.In the case group,the positive rate of total expression of TLR2 were35.71%,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^2=9.58,P<0.05).The positive rate of TLR2 expression in the stageⅢgroup was significantly higher than that in theⅠ~Ⅱgroup(early and middle stage)(χ^2=4.49,P<0.05).Conclusion TLR2 immunohistochemistry of primary CTCL can effectively reflect the clinical stage characteristics of patients,and it shows high expression status,which may play a role in cancer-promoting genes.
