多维度护理在产科中的应用

目的 观察多维度护理在产科中的应用效果。 方法 选取2018年1-10月在我院分娩的产妇为研究对象,将2018年1-5月在我院分娩的51例产妇设为对照组,2018年6-10月在我院分娩的51例产妇设为观察组,对照组给予产科常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加用多维度护理,比较2组舒适度评分、产程总耗时,产后并发症发生率及新生儿阿氏评分。 结果 观察组产妇舒适度评分与新生儿评分均显著高于对照组(t=36.688,P＜0.001;t=5.488,P＜0.001),产程总耗时及产后并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(t=-29.915,P＜0.001;χ²=4.993,P=0.025)。 结论 在产科护理实践中推行多维度护理,可显著提升产妇舒适度,降低产后并发症的发生风险,改善新生儿出生质量。

Effects of applying the multidimension nursing in the obstetrics department

Objective To observe the effect of applying the multidimensional nursing in the obstetrics department. Methods Totally 51 puerperas delivering in our hospital between June and October 2018 were selected into the observation group, while 51 counterparts delivering between January and May 2018 were chosen into the control group. Both groups were given routine nursing, while the observation group was additionally provided with multidimensional nursing. The comfort score, duration of labor, postpartum complication rate and Apgar score were compared between the two groups. Results The comfort and Apgar scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=36.688,P＜0.001;t=5.488,P＜0.001), while the duration of labor and postpartum complication rate of the former were significantly lower than the latter (t=-29.915,P＜0.001;χ²=4.993,P=0.025). Conclusion The implementation of the multidimensional nursing can significantly improve the comfort of parturients, reduce their risk of postpartum complications and improve the birth quality of newborns.
