桂枝茯苓汤联合康妇消炎栓对慢性盆腔炎后遗症及细胞炎性因子的影响

目的分析桂枝茯苓汤联合康妇消炎栓对慢性盆腔炎后遗症及细胞炎性因子的影响。方法共纳入90例慢性盆腔炎后遗症患者,分别从2016年3月-2018年2月入院治疗,随机分入两组,每组45例。对照组采用康妇消炎栓治疗;观察组在此基础上加服桂枝茯苓汤治疗。观察比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后炎性因子水平变化,并比较治疗前后中医临床症状评分。结果观察组经治疗后的总有效率为93.33%(42/45),而对照组仅为77.78%(35/45),两组经总有效例数经卡方比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后IL-10水平显著增加;IL-6、TNF-α、CRP明显下降(P<0.05);观察组IL-10水平水平显著高于对照组,IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗后临床各中医症状评分明显下降(P<0.05),观察组腹部坠胀疼痛、疲劳乏力、白带异常及月经症状评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓汤联合康妇消炎栓治疗慢性盆腔炎后遗症具有良好的临床疗效,能有效改善患者细胞炎性因子水平和临床症状。

Effect of Guizhi Fuling Decoction and Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository on Sequelae of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation and Cell Inflammatory Factor

Objective To analyze the effects of Guizhi Fuling Decoction combined with Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository on sequelae of chronic pelvic inflammation and inflammatory cytokines.Methods Ninety patients with sequelae of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease from March 2016 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository, while the observation group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Decoction on this basis. We observed and compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups, the changes of serum inflammatory cytokines levels before and after treatment, and compared the clinical symptoms of TCM between the two groups before and after treatment.Result After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%(42/45), while that of the control group was 77.78%(35/45). There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-10 increased significantly and IL-6, TNF-alpha and CRP decreased significantly(P<0.05). The level of IL-10 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the levels of IL-6, TNF-alpha and CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms of TCM in the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05).The scores of abdominal swelling, pain and fatigue, abnormal leucorrhea and menstrual symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling Decoction combined with Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository has good clinical efficacy in treating sequelae of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, and can effectively improve the levels of inflammatory factors and clinical symptoms of patients.
