摘    要:雷公藤作为一种可靠的免疫抑制剂广泛应用于临床,其疗效肯定,但不良反应颇多。女性患者在临床治疗过程中常出现月经不调、闭经等症状,雷公藤的生殖毒性损害卵巢功能使卵泡闭锁影响女性正常内分泌水平导致闭经。对雷公藤生殖毒性方面的有关文献进行分析加以综述,探究雷公藤生殖毒性机制的研究进展,为雷公藤的进一步药理研究和妇科临床应用提供参考。

Abstract:Tripterygium wilfordii is widely used as a reliable immunosuppressive agent with certain curative effect in clinical practice, while the toxic and side effects of Tripterygium wilfordii is quiet a lot. Female patients often have symptoms such as irregular menstruation and amenorrhea during clinical treatment. The reproductive toxicity of Tripterygium wilfordii damages ovarian function causing follicular atresia to affect normal endocrine level in women leading to amenorrhea. This article summarizes the literature on reproductive toxicity of Tripterygium wilfordii to explore the research progress of reproductive toxicity mechanism of Tripterygium wilfordii and provide a reference for further pharmacological research and clinical application of gynecology.
