网络认知行为治疗干预大学生焦虑情绪的随机对照试验

摘    要:目的:开发干预大学生焦虑情绪的网络认知行为治疗(ICBT)系统,并考察ICBT对大学生焦虑情绪的干预效果。方法:在建立的干预网站,招募受焦虑情绪困扰的在校大学生54名,按照3∶1非等组随机分配到干预组(n=40)与对照组(n=14),干预组接受为期4周,持续8次的ICBT干预,对照组处于等待状态(等待干预组4周干预结束后再接受干预)。采用状态-特质焦虑问卷(STAI)于基线和干预4周后进行测量。结果:基线期,干预组与对照组在状态焦虑、特质焦虑分量表得分上差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);4周干预后,干预组状态焦虑分量表得分低于对照组(P<0.001),具有大的效应量(g=1.44),干预组特质焦虑分量表得分(单侧检验)低于对照组(P<0.05),具有中等效应量(g=0.67)。组内比较结果显示,干预组4周干预后状态焦虑和特质焦虑分量表得分均低于基线期(均P<0.001)。结论:网络认知行为治疗对大学生的状态焦虑、特质焦虑的干预具有良好的效果。

Abstract:Objective:To develop the China version of the Internet-based cognitive behavior therapy(ICBT)program and explore the efficacy of ICBT for college students experiencing symptoms of anxiety.Methods:Totally 54 college students suffering from anxiety were recruited.Participants were randomly divided into the intervention group(n=40)and the delayed intervention control group(n=14),with a 3:1 proportion as the weighted random selection demands.The intervention group was provided the eight modules of the ICBT for 4 weeks.Participants in both groups completed the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI)at baseline and post-intervention level.Results:There was no statistically significant difference inscores of state anxiety and trait anxiety subscales between the in?tervention group and the control group at baseline(Ps>0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the scores of state anxiety subscale were lower in the intervention group than in the control group(P<0.001)with a large between-group effect size(=1.44),and the scores of trait anxiety subscale were lower(one-tailed,P<0.05)with moderate between-group effect size(=0.67).The comparison within groups showed that the scores of state anxiety and trait anxiety subscales in the intervention group 4 weeks later were lower than that at baseline(Ps<0.001).Con?clusion:ICBT is an efficacious treatment to reduce of state anxiety and trait anxiety of college students.
