CDIO教育模式在结直肠肛门外科护理查房中的应用

目的 探索CDIO教育模式在结直肠肛门外科护理查房中的应用效果。 方法 选取2018年10月-2019年3月结直肠肛门外科的护理人员28名,其中2018年10-12月实施常规护理查房(实施前),2019年1-3月实施CDIO教育模式的护理查房(实施后),比较实施前后结直肠肛门外科护理人员的理论考核成绩及护理人员对护理查房的满意情况。 结果 实施CDIO教育模式的护理查房后,护理人员的理论考核成绩高于实施前(t=-3.291,P=0.003);对护理查房的满意情况好于实施前。 结论 基于CDIO教育模式的护理查房有助于提高结直肠外科护理人员的理论水平,护理人员对该形式的护理查房满意度较高。

The application of CDIO education mode in the nursing round in the colorectal and anal surgery department

Objective To explore the effect of CDIO education mode in the nursing rounds of colorectal and anal surgery department.Methods Totally 28 colorectal and anal surgery nurses between October 2018 and March 2019 were selected.The routine nursing ward round was provided during October to December 2018,while CDIO education mode of nursing ward round was implemted from January to March 2019.The nursing theory examination results and nurses′s satisfaction before and after the implementation of CDIO education mode were compared.Results After the implementation,the theoretical assessment results of nurses were higher than before(t=-3.291,P=0.003),and the satisfaction of nurses to nursing ward rounds was better than before.Conclusion Nursing rounds based on CDIO education mode is helpful to improve the theoretical level of nurses in colorectal surgery,and nurses have high satisfaction with this form of nursing rounds.
