| 摘 要： | 中药具有高效低毒的特点,分别从抗呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)复方和单味中药提取物2个方面,总结中药对RSV的实验抑菌作用及其作用机制,期待为临床治疗提供理论依据,并为进一步挖掘和深入研究中药抗病毒成分提供新的思路。同时指出了单味中药提取物虽然可以较为清晰地说明治疗机制和作用靶点,但目前多数尚停留在物质分析、鉴定和少数动物细胞实验阶段。

| Abstract: | Chinese materia medica(CMM) has the characteristics of high efficiency and low toxicity.This paper summarizes the experimental bacteriostatic effects and action mechanism of CMM on respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) from the 2 aspects of compound and single CMM extract.It is expected to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment,and provide new ideas for further exploration and in-depth study of antiviral components of CMM.Meanwhile,it points out that although the extract of single CMM can clearly explain the therapeutic mechanism and target of action,most of them are still at the stage of material analysis and identification and a few zooblast experimental research. |
