三级医院陪检人员核心能力构建研究

摘    要:目的 构建武汉市三级医院陪检人员核心能力评价指标体系。方法 运用德尔菲专家咨询法对专家进行两轮函询以确定武汉市三级医院陪检人员核心能力的各级评价指标,并运用层次分析法确定各指标权重。结果 通过两轮专家函询,最终形成了5个一级指标,14个二级指标,36个三级指标。两轮专家函询的权威系数分别为0.88和0.91,两轮函询结果各级指标的专家协调系数为0.093~0.258。结论 武汉市三级医院陪检人员核心能力各级评价指标专家咨询意见趋于一致,专家积极性和权威性高,为武汉市三级医院陪检人员核心能力的评价及培训提供了参考。

Abstract:Objective To establish a core competence evaluation index system of accompanying inspection personnel in three-level hospitals of Wuhan. Methods Indexes were chosen after two rounds of letter consultations of experts according to the Delphi method, and their weights were decided using the analytic hierarchy process. Results The constructed core competence evaluation index system included 5 first-level indicators, 14 second-level and 36 third-level ones. The authority coefficients of the two rounds of expert letter consultation were 0.88 and 0.91, while the coordination coefficient fluctuated between 0.093 and 0.258. Conclusion The evaluation system constructed is of high authority coefficient and coordination coefficient, which provides a good reference for personnel evaluation and training.
