黄芩苷抗肺炎支原体研究

摘    要:目的芩百清肺浓缩丸是国家食品药品监督管理局批准的第一个用于临床治疗小儿支原体肺炎的中药,黄芩苷是芩百清肺浓缩丸的主要单体,实验使用肺炎支原体实验株、阐明芩百清肺浓缩丸单体黄芩苷抗肺炎支原体作用。方法肺炎支原体感染细胞和小鼠给予低剂量和高剂量的黄芩苷后,利用Real-time PCR、荧光染色和MTT等方法测定药物对感染肺炎支原体的实验模型的治疗作用。结果与空白组比较,黄芩苷高剂量组和低剂量组都降低肺炎支原体浓度,但高剂量组作用更加显著。结论黄芩苷能抑制感染实验模型的肺炎支原体数量,阐明黄芩苷具有体内外抗肺炎支原体作用。

Abstract:Objective Qinbai Qingfei Pellets is the first effective traditional Chinese medicine approved by the Chinese government for the clinical treatment of both drug-sensitive and drug-resistant mycoplasma pneumoniae(M.pneumoniae).We used M.pneumoniae strain to explore the anti-M.pneumoniae properties of Baicalin which is an important composition of Qinbai Qingfei Pellets.Methods:After all models were treated with high or low dose Baicalin,the therapeutic effect was measured by real-time quantitative PCR,fluorescence staining and MTT.Results:Both high and low dose Baicalin greatly decreased M.pneumoniae expression compared with the control group,and high dose had a more better effect.Conclusion We find out that treatment of M.pneumoniae with Baicalin triggers an inhibition of M.pneumoniae concentration in vivo and in vitro.
