肾衰宁胶囊联合百令胶囊治疗慢性肾衰竭伴血液透析疗效及对肾功能指标的影响

目的探究肾衰宁胶囊联合百令胶囊治疗慢性肾衰竭伴血液透析患者的疗效、肾功能的影响。方法106例慢性肾衰竭患者,按随机数字表法将其分成两组,对照组53例患者采用血液透析治疗,观察组53例患者在对照组基础上采用肾衰宁胶囊联合百令胶囊。对比两组治疗前后中医证候积分、血生化指标及肾功能指标变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组倦怠乏力、口淡不渴、食少纳呆、肢体麻木、面色晦黯、腰膝酸软症候积分较对照组降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Cys-C(0.85±0.44)mg/L、24 h UPQ(1.23±0.97)g较对照组Cys-C(1.25±0.47)mg/L、24 h UPQ(1.87±1.01)g降低,而Hb(107.37±7.38)g/L、Alb(33.89±7.67)g/L则较对照组Hb(98.26±6.35)g/L、Alb(29.15±5.15)g/L升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SCr(265.25±35.23)μmol/L、BUN(10.03±3.07)mmol/L与对照组SCr(301.31±39.52)μmol/L、BUN(13.32±3.44)mmol/L相比显著降低,而观察组Ccr(39.88±8.14)mL/min与对照组Ccr(35.42±8.05)mL/min相比显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾衰宁胶囊联合百令胶囊治疗慢性肾衰竭伴血液透析患者的临床效果明显,不仅可改善患者的临床症状及血生化指标,还可提高患者肾功能。

Effect of Shenshuaining Capsule and Bailing Capsule Combined with Hemodialysis on Chronic Renal Failure and Its Influences on Renal Function Indicators

Objective To explore the effect of Shenshuaining Capsule and Bailing Capsule combined with hemodialysis on chronic renal failure and renal function.Methods A total of 106 patients with chronic renal failure were divided into two groups according to random number table.Fifty-three patients in the control group were treated with hemodialysis,and 53 patients in the observation group were treated with Shenshuaining Capsule and Bailing Capsule combined with hemodialysis.The changes of TCM syndrome integral,blood biochemical index and renal function index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result After treatment,the scores of fatigue,lack of thirst,lack of food,numbness of limbs,dark complexion and weakness of waist and knee in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of Cys-C(0.85±0.44)mg/L and 24 h UPQ(1.23±0.97)g in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(1.25±0.47)mg/L,24 h UPQ(1.87±1.01)g(P<0.05),and Hb(107.37±7.38)g/L and Alb(33.89±7.67)g/L increased significantly than the control group’s Hb(98.26±6.35)g/L and Alb(29.15±5.15)g/L(P<0.05).SCr(265.25±35.23)μmol/L and BUN(10.03±3.07)mmol/L in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group’s SCr(301.31±39.31)μmol/L and BUN(13.32±3.44)mmol/L,and Ccr(39.88±8.14)mL/min in the observation group was significantly higher than that of Ccr(35.42±8.05)mL/min in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenshuaining Capsule and Bailing Capsule combined with hemodialysis has obvious clinical effect on treating chronic renal failure.It can not only improve the clinical symptoms and blood biochemical indexes,but also improve the renal function of patients.
