摘    要:目的采用星点设计-效应面法优选促孕颗粒提取工艺。方法以加水倍数、提取时间为考察因素,总评"归一值"(包括莫诺苷、马钱苷含量及干膏率)为考察指标,采用星点设计2因素5水平表安排试验,进行多元线性回归及二项式拟合,用效应面法选取提取工艺并对结果进行预测分析。结果最佳的提取工艺条件为:加15倍量水煎煮2次,每次128 min,总评"归一值"0.9319,与预测值(0.8210)偏差在-20%内。结论优选的促孕颗粒提取工艺简便,具有良好、可靠的预测性。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction technology for Cuyun Granules by Central Composite Design-Response Surface Methodology.Methods Extraction technology of Cuyun Granules was optimized by taking water volume and extraction time as factors, overall desirability value of dry extract yield and the content of morroniside and loganin as evaluation indexes.Central composite designwas adopted to design a two factors-five levels table and conduct multiple linear regression and multivariate binomial fit, and then the optimal technical conditions were chosen and estimated by response surface methodology. Results The optimal technologyextraction conditionswere: extracted twice with 15-folds of water, 128 min per time. The 0.931 9 overall desirability value was within-20% from the predicted value(0.821 0).Conclusion Optimized extraction technology of Cuyun Granules was convenient with good and reliable predictability.
