心理应激状态及家庭功能对白血病化疗患儿应对方式的影响

目的 探讨心理应激状态及家庭功能对白血病化疗患儿应对方式的影响。 方法 选择2016年1月-2018年6月我院行化疗治疗的白血病患儿80例为调查对象。对患儿焦虑、抑郁情绪、家庭功能以及应对方式进行调查,并分析焦虑、抑郁以及家庭功能对应对方式的影响。 结果白血病化疗患儿抑郁、焦虑障碍评分均显著高于国内常模(t=12.433,P＜0.001;t=12.256,P<0.001);有抑郁、焦虑障碍的患儿回避、屈服得分显著高于无抑郁、焦虑患儿,面对得分显著低于无抑郁、焦虑患儿。患儿家庭功能评分(d分)显著高于常模(t=8.224,P<0.001);家庭功能不满意组的回避、屈服得分显著高于家庭功能满意组,面对得分显著低于家庭功能满意组。 结论 白血病化疗患儿普遍存在不同程度的焦虑、抑郁情绪,焦虑、抑郁及家庭功能较差会导致患儿消极应对癌症,医护人员应积极进行有针对性的干预。

Effects of psychological stress and family function on coping styles of leukemia children undergoing chemotherapy

Objective To explore the effect of psychological stress and family function on coping styles of children with leukemia undergoing chemotherapy.Methods The anxiety,depression,family functions and coping styles of eighty leukemia children undergoing chemotherapy in our hospital between January 2016 and June 2018 were selected and investigated.The effects of anxiety,depression and family functions on the coping style were analyzed.Results The anxiety,depression and family function scores of leukaemia children were significantly higher than those of the norm(t=12.433,P<0.001;t=12.256,P<0.001;t=8.224,P<0.001).The avoidance and yield scores of leukaemia children with depression,anxiety and family function were significantly higher than those without,while the face score was significantly lower than those without.Conclusion Anxiety and depression of different degrees are common in children with leukemia undergoing chemotherapy.Anxiety,depression and poor family function can lead to the negative coping style of children.Therefore,targeted intervention should be carried out actively.
