摘    要:目的:观察化痰通络法对急性脑梗死大鼠脑血流的影响,为揭示其治疗脑梗死的作用机制提供部分实验依据。方法:将27只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和中药组,采用线栓法制备MCAO模型,各组采用灌胃给药。在相应时间点采用激光散斑对比成像(LSCA)系统采集图像,计算相对脑血流速度。结果:LSCA显示,造模1 d后大鼠脑血流速度下降明显;中药组在3 d时即见明显血流增加,7 d时血流速度明显加快;数据显示,中药组脑血流在1 d亦明显降低,但在3 d时明显增高,且明显高于模型组;7 d时中药组脑血流速度继续升高,明显高于模型组和假手术组。结论:化痰通络法复方可明显提升脑梗死大鼠脑血流速度,这可能有助于改善模型大鼠神经功能缺损症状。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Huatan Tongluo method on cerebral blood flow in rats with acute cerebral infarction,and to provide some experimental evidence for revealing the mechanism of Huatan Tongluo method in treating cerebral infarction.Methods:Twenty-seven SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,model group and Chinese medicine group.The middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)model was prepared by suture method.After successful modeling,rats in each group was administered by intragastric administration.At the corresponding time point,the image was acquired by laser speckle contrast imaging system,and relative blood flow velocity was calculated Results:LSCA showed that the blood flow velocity of the model group and the Chinese medicine group was significantly decreased after 1 day of middle cerebral artery occlusion.In the traditional Chinese medicine group,the blood flow increased obviously at 3 days,and the blood flow speed increased significantly at 7 days.The data analysis showed that the cerebral blood flow of the Chinese medicine group also significantly decreased at 1d,but it was significantly increased at 3d,and the blood flow velocity was significantly higher than that in the model group;on the 7th day,the cerebral blood flow velocity of the Chinese medicine group continued to increase,which was significantly higher than that of the model group and the sham operation group.Conclusions:Huatan Tongluo method could significantly improve the cerebral blood flow in rats with cerebral infarction,which might help Huatan Tongluo method to improve the neurological deficit of MCAO model rats.
