| 摘 要： | 胃癌是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。随着科学技术的发展和人类对健康的需求,国内外对胃癌的研究越来越深入。目前,在胃癌综合治疗中,中医药所发挥的作用越来越大,可明显提高患者的生活质量,并延长生存期。中医药的抗癌机制研究日益受到重视,尤其是诱导癌细胞凋亡的相关作用机制。通过对单味中药及中药复方诱导胃癌细胞凋亡的总结,从而为中医药治疗胃癌的基础机制及临床应用提供指导,促进中医药在临床中治疗胃癌的发展。

| Abstract: | Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world.As the developing of technology and the health needs,the researches about gastric cancer at home and abroad are increasingly deep.At present,traditional Chinese medicine has become one of the important ways of comprehensive treatment of gastric cancer,and can significantly improve the quality of life and prolong the survival time.Gastric cancer cell apoptosis induced by traditional Chinese medicine is one of the mechanisms of gastric cancer treatment.The anti-tumor mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine has been attracting more attention,especially the mechanism of inducing apoptosis.The single Chinese medicine and Chinese herbal compound on apoptosis of gastric cancer cells in recent years were analyzed and summarized to provide better basic research on the treatment of gastric cancer and clinical application basis. |
