数字口诀管理法在手术室压力性损伤预防中的应用

目的 观察数字口诀管理法在手术室压力性损伤预防中的应用效果。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取数字口诀管理法实施前(2017年2月-2018年1月)和实施后(2018年2-12月)于我院行手术治疗的患者各100例,分别设为对照组与观察组,对照组接受常规压力性损伤预防护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加数字口诀管理法干预。结果 观察组术中压力性损伤预防措施执行缺失率、术中压力性损伤发生率均明显低于对照组(χ²=16.611,P<0.001;χ²=5.674,P=0.017),且实施后手术室护理人员对术中压力性损伤预防管理模式认同度评分高于实施前。结论 采用数字口诀管理法开展手术室压力性损伤预防管理,可显著提升术中压力性损伤预防效果,手术室护理人员对该模式的认同度较高。

Application of digital formula management in preventing pressure injuries in the operating room

Objective To observe the effect of prevention of pressure injuries in the operating room using the digital formula management. Methods One hundred patients receiving surgery in our hospital between February 2017 and January 2018 were selected into the control group, while another 100 counterparts doing between February and December 2018 were chosen into the observation group. Both groups were given the routine pressure sore prevention nursing, while the observation group was additionally provided with the digital formula management. Results The miss rate of pressure injuries prevention and incidence of perioperative pressure injuries of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (χ²=16.611, P<0.001; χ²=5.674, P=0.017). Moreover, after the implementation of the digital formula management, the nursing staff in the operation room had higher degree of recognition of the prevention of intraoperative pressure injuries. Conclusion The digital formula management can significantly improve the prevention of pressure injuries in operation room and is highly recognized by the nursing staff in the operating room.
