耳皮内刺治疗抑郁症的临床观察

目的:观察基于选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSRIs)抗抑郁药的耳皮内针刺治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将57例抑郁症患者随机分为耳皮内刺组和安慰针刺组,2组患者均接受SSRIs治疗。此外,耳皮内刺组、安慰针刺组采用胶布将毫针贴敷于穴区皮肤表面的方法,留针4 h,每周5次共3周,分别在第0、1、2、3周观察2组HAMD量表、五项因子及SDS自评量表评分变化情况。结果:第2周末,HAMD-17和SDS的减分率明显高于安慰针刺组。与安慰针刺组比较,在第2、3周末耳皮内刺组中睡眠因子的减分率较高,2组HAMD-17总分、五项因子及SDS总分在各组治疗后评分均降低。结论:SSRIs抗抑郁药物基础治疗之上加以耳皮内刺可以增强疗效,特别是在改善睡眠方面。由此可见,耳皮内针刺结合抗抑郁药物治疗抑郁症有确切的临床疗效。

Clinical Observation on Treatment for Depression with Auricular Intradermal Acupuncture Stimulation

Objective: To assess the clinical efficacy of auricular intra-dermal acupuncture for the treatment of mild to moderate depression during the concurrent treatment of Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor(SSRIs) anti-depressant.Method: 57 patients with mild to moderate depression were randomly divided into two groups: Auricular Intra-dermal Acupuncture Stimulation(AIAS) and Sham-Auricular Intra-dermal Acupuncture(Sham-AIAS). All patients were treated with SSRIs. The needles were applied to the surface of the "limbs" region on the auricle with a tape in both groups which were placed for 4 hours, 5 times a week for 3 weeks. Assessments were performed using total score and five sub-score of HAMD-17 and Self-rating depression scale(SDS)at weeks 0, 1, 2, and 3.Results: At the end of the second week, the HAMD-17 and SDS reduction rate was significantly higher than the Sham-AIAS group.In the second and third week, the reduction rate of sleep factors in the AIAS group was higher compared with sham-AIAS group. Both groups showed a statistically significant reductions in HAMD-17 total scores and SDS total scores. Conclusion: The use of AIAS in combination with antidepressant drugs can enhance the efficacy, especially in terms of sleep. Therefore, AIAS combined with antidepressant Drug treatment of depression has a definite clinical effect.
