情志致病与恶性肿瘤

恶性肿瘤是威胁人类健康的难治性疾病,病因尚不明确,随着医学模式的转变和心身医学的发展,肿瘤属于心身疾病已得到共识。中医对情志致病的认识源远流长,自《黄帝内经》始历代医家皆有论述并不断完善,对多种肿瘤的病因、病机、诊断和治疗总结了丰富的经验。本文通过整理中医学中情志与恶性肿瘤发病的相关内容,从情志致病角度,以失荣、乳岩、噎膈等为例,对情志与恶性肿瘤发病的关系进行分析,揭示“情志致瘤”的病因病机,其发病多与郁火、热毒、瘀血、痰浊、湿邪等病理因素相关,具有本虚标实的特点,在治疗上除治疗肿瘤外,调畅情志也可发挥一定的治疗作用。

Emotional disease and malignant tumor

Malignant tumor is a refractory disease that threatens human health,but the cause is not clear.With the transformation of medical models and the development of psychosomatic medicine,it has been agreed that tumors belong to psychosomatic diseases.Traditional Chinese Medicine has a long history of understanding the relationship between emotions and diseases.From Huangdi Neijing to recent literatures,medical practitioners have explored and summarized experience in risk factors,diagnosis and treatment of different kinds of cancer.This essay starts with the understanding of diseases and emotions in Traditional Chinese Medicine,and analyzes the relationship between emotions and pathogenesis of malignant tumors such as Shirong,Ruyan,and Yege from the perspective of emotional causing disease.Revealing etiology and pathogenesis of"emotional tumor-causing"can provide ideas for further study on the prevention and treatment of tumors.The cause of malignant cancer often connected with fire,heat toxins,blood stasis,sputum and dampness in Chinese medicine theory with weakness inside.It is better combined different therapies with psychotherapy to treat cancer.
