气质-策略对应式护理干预在学龄前儿童预防接种中的应用

摘    要:目的 观察气质-策略对应式护理干预在学龄前儿童预防接种中的应用效果。 方法 选择2018年4月-2019年6月于某社区卫生服务站接受疫苗接种的健康学龄前儿童120例为研究对象,单日接种者设为对照组,双日接种者设为试验组,每组各60例,对照组接受常规预防接种护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加用气质-策略对应式护理干预。 结果 观察组预防接种配合度显著高于对照组(t=20.889,P<0.001),接种前后脉搏差值、接种耗时均显著低于对照组(t=-28.669,P<0.001;t=-8.622,P<0.001);预防接种护理满意度显著高于对照组(Z=-1.971,P=0.049)。 结论 采用气质-策略对应式护理对学龄前预防接种儿童施加干预,可显著提高儿童预防接种配合度,缩短接种耗时,使其在接种过程中维持较为平稳的身心状态,深受护理对象认可。

Abstract:Objective To observe the application of temperament-strategy corresponding nursing intervention in the vaccination of preschool children. Methods Totally 120 healthy preschool children vaccinated at our station between April 2018 and June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, each of 60. Both groups were given routine vaccination care, while the experimental group was additionally provided with temperament-strategy corresponding nursing. Results Significantly higher cooperation was observed in the experimental group during the vaccination (t=20.889,P<0.001). The pulse rate difference before and after the vaccination, and the inoculation time of the experimental group were significantly smaller and shorter than that of the control group(t=-28.669,P<0.001;t=-8.622,P<0.001), while the satisfaction rate to vaccination was significantly higher than that of the control group(Z=-1.971, P=0.049). Conclusion The temperament-strategy corresponding nursing can significantly improve the children's cooperation during the vaccination, shorten the time of vaccination, and relieve the physiological stress response at the time of vaccination, which is welcomed by the preschool children.
