摘    要:糖尿病性冠心病是糖尿病常见的大血管病变,也是糖尿病致死的重要原因之一。通过梳理古代医家对糖尿病性冠心病的认识,从“虚”“瘀”方面入手,提出“因虚致瘀”理论。因虚而始作为本病发病的根本原因,早期以脾气亏虚为主,后期伤及于心,禀赋不足、五脏柔弱皆可导致其发生;因虚致瘀贯穿疾病始终,“虚”为本,“瘀”为标,气血阴阳的亏虚皆可导致瘀血的形成,同时久虚入络又加重了病情的发生与发展。抓住糖尿病性冠心病发病的主要机制,对中医临床诊治和有效救治具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Diabetic coronary heart disease is a common macrovascular disease of diabetes and one of the important causes of death from diabetes.By combing the ancient doctors'understanding of diabetic coronary heart disease,starting from the two aspects of"deficiency"and"Blood stasis",the theory of"stasis due to deficiency"was put forward.Because of the deficiency,it is the root cause of the disease.In the early stage,the spleen deficiency is the main cause.In the later stage,the spleen is weak,and the endowment is insufficient.The deficiecy of five internal organs can cause it to happen."Blood stasis"is the superficial,and the deficiency of Qi,blood,Yin and Yang can lead to the formation of blood stasis.At the same time,the long-term collateral disease has aggravated the occurrence and development of the disease.Grasping the main mechanism of the pathogenesis of diabetic coronary heart disease is of great significance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM.
