活血通络联合醒脑开窍针法对脑梗死后丘脑痛的临床疗效探究

目的研究活血通络联合醒脑开窍针法对脑梗死后丘脑痛的临床疗效。方法选择2016年7月-2018年3月进行康复治疗的60例脑梗死后丘脑痛患者,采用随机数字表法随机均分为两组。对照组采用活血通络汤治疗;观察组在此基础上配合醒脑开窍针法进行治疗。观察记录两组治疗效果,观察记录两组治疗效果,采用简式McGill疼痛问卷(MPQ)和日常生活活动能力Barthel指数评定表评价患者疼痛程度和日常生活能力,并检测患者治疗前后血液流变学变化情况。结果治疗后,两组患者ADL评分明显上升;观察组ADL评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);而VAS、PPI、PRI评分则明显降低,观察组显著低于对照组。两组患者治疗后,血液流变学指标均明显改善;观察组全血黏度、血浆纤维蛋白原、红细胞聚集指数及血浆黏度均明显低于对照组,血液流变学改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活血通络联合醒脑开窍针法对脑梗死后丘脑痛具有良好的疗效,能够明显改善患者的疼痛状况和血液流变学指标。

Clinical Effect of Activating Blood and Dredging Collaterals Combined with Restoring Consciousness and Opening Orifices Acupuncture on Thalamic Pain after Cerebral Infarction

Objective To study the clinical effect of activating blood and dredging collaterals combined with restoring consciousness and opening orifices acupuncture on thalamic pain after cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty patients with thalamic pain after cerebral infarction treated in hospital from July 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Huoxue Tongluo treatment were detected. Results After treatment, ADL scores of the two groups increased significantly and those of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05), while scores of VAS, PPI and PRI were significantly lower, and the observation group’s were significantly lower than those of the control group. The whole blood viscosity, plasma fibrinogen, erythrocyte aggregation index and plasma viscosity of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the improvement of Hemorheology was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion activating blood and dredging collaterals combined with restoring consciousness and opening orifices acupuncture has a good effect on thalamic pain after cerebral infarction, and can significantly improve the pain status and hemorheological indicators of patients.
