| 摘 要： | 从病因病机和治疗方法2个方面归纳总结了近5年中医治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽的研究进展。本病的病理因素以风、痰、瘀为主,病机为以风邪为主的六淫之邪束于肌表,遇诱因内外合邪而发。治法以整体观念、辨证论治为宗旨,治疗当分缓急或分期辨证,以祛风为主,兼以治痰、防瘀、调体。此外,中医专方、中成药及外治法亦体现了中医药独有的特点。最后指出目前存在的问题及今后应该研究的方向。
