靶向前瞻护理在妊娠高血压轻度子痫前期患者中的应用

目的 观察靶向前瞻护理在妊娠高血压轻度子痫前期患者中的应用效果。 方法 选取2017年1月-2018年6月我科收治的90例妊娠高血压轻度子痫前期患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予靶向前瞻预控护理干预,比较2组疾病自我管理能力、血压和24 h 尿蛋白量。 结果 干预后,观察组疾病自我管理评分明显高于对照组(t=30.893,P＜0.001),收缩压、舒张压和24 h尿蛋白均明显低于对照组(t=-29.375,P＜0.001;t=-19.130,P＜0.001;t=-148.393,P＜0.001)。 结论 采用靶向前瞻预控护理对妊高症轻度子痫前期孕妇进行干预,有利于提高患者疾病自我管理水平,获得较好的血压与尿蛋白控制效果。

Application of targeted prospective nursing in gestational patients with mild preeclampsia

Objective To observe the effect of targeted prospective nursing in gestational patients with mild preeclampsia. Methods Between January 2017 and June 2018, 90 gestational patients with mild preeclampsia treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each of 45. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received targeted prospective nursing. The self-management, blood pressure and 24h urine protein were compared between the two groups after the intervention. Results After the intervention, the self-management score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (t=30.893, P＜0.001), while the systolic and diastolic pressures, and the 24h urine protein of the former group were significantly lower than those of the control group (t=-29.375, P＜0.001; t=-19.130, P<0.001; t=-148.393, P＜0.001). Conclusion The application of targeted prospective nursing intervention can help to improve the self-management of gestational hypertension patients with mild preeclampsia to achieve better control of the blood pressures and urine protein.
