岳仁宋基于玄府理论探讨糖尿病胃轻瘫经验

刘完素基于《黄帝内经》理论,结合各家观点创立了玄府学说,认为玄府构成了人体气血津液精神升降出入、运行流转的微观结构基础,玄府宣通则体健、郁闭则发病。岳仁宋教授基于玄府理论认为,糖尿病胃轻瘫以脾胃精微不散、玄府郁闭不通为核心病机,治疗当以助脾散精、通利玄府为治疗原则,以《伤寒论》半夏泻心汤为代表方加减治疗。痰脂膏浊厚重者加以风药治之,水湿黏腻重浊者加用淡渗利湿之品,玄府虚衰严重者合用升阳举陷之方,以此治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫临床疗效显著。

Professor YUE Ren-song's f Experience in Treating Diabetic Gastroparesis Based on Xuanfu Theory

Based on the theory of the Inner Canon of Huangdi,LIU Wan-su established the Xuanfu theory which believed that Xuanfu formed the microstructure foundation of movement of Qi,blood and fluid of human body.If Xuanfu is unobstructed,then our body is healthy,and our body is ill if Xuanfu is obstructed.Professor YUE Ren-song's,based on Xuanfu theory,thinks that diabetic gastroparesis is based on the essence of spleen and stomach.He put forward that the treatment should be to help spleen powder essence,free and regulate Xuanfu.Banxia Xiexin decoction in Shang Han Lun is the representative formula.For the patient of phlegm and fat paste turbid,we should treat with wind medicine;For the patient of water wet sticky heavy turbidity,we should add the product of light seepage and relieving dampness;For the patient whose Xuanfu suffered from seriously failure,we could combine with formula of raising Yang and lifting the sunken.He treated diabetic gastroparesis as this principle and the clinical effect is remarkable.
